Eugene Shivnan from New Zealand, established a remarkable career journey from electrical contracting to real estate entrepreneurship. With a robust background in sports and a diverse skill set, Eugene transitioned from ten years as an electrical contractor in New Zealand and Australia to leading real estate sales and marketing teams in various destinations across Europe, the Caribbean, and Asia.
After years of success in the holiday and hospitality industries, Eugene settled in Bali, where he and his wife, Siti Purba, acquired a real estate franchise in 2010. Known for their professionalism, industry expertise, and exceptional communication skills, Eugene and Siti have built a strong reputation in the real estate sector in Bali.
Their dedication led to the opening of two thriving Harcourts Offices, Harcourts Purba Bali Real Estate, in 2018, located in Berawa and Nusa Lembongan. Eugene's journey exemplifies passion, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence in community liaison and management.

Siti Salmah Purba, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, has established herself as a prominent figure in the real estate industry. Starting her career in Bali in 1998, Siti's dedication and integrity have earned her prestigious awards for 'sales of the year' in multiple countries, making her the first and only Indonesian sales consultant to handle International clientele.
With a Bachelor of Law degree, Certified Real Estate Agent LSP, and membership in the Association of Real Estate Brokers Bali Indonesia AREBI, Siti's expertise is unmatched. Collaborating with various professionals in the real estate sector, she emphasizes the importance of maintaining strong relationships with clients and her social network.
As a principal in the real estate industry since 2008, Siti's business thrives on referrals from satisfied clients, constituting over 80% of her clientele. Qasthalani currently works with Harcourts Purba Bali, as Legal Manager.
Qasthalani is the main director of PT Hanuman Aria, the company developing Deyu Apartments in Bingin. Collaborating with reputable partners, Deyu is dedicated to delivering a premier residential development that exemplifies luxury and innovation.
In addition to his legal and managerial roles, Qasthalani holds a mediator license for both court and out-of-court mediation. This credential further underscores his comprehensive skill set and dedication to facilitating effective dispute resolution.

Raised in Jakarta, Alifsony Pahlevi has a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Political Science and a Master's degree in Tourism.
Alifsony has developed a deep appreciation for Bali's natural beauty and vibrant culture. This love for the island inspired him to pursue a career in real estate and property development whereby he could help others discover the magic of this paradise.
Over the years he has built his own company and is highly motivated in his career and dedicated to his clients. Alifsony’s family has worked for 3 generations with the Horthy family in a property development and legal capacity and he is well positioned to be a director of pt Hanuman Aria.

With a commitment to passing down valuable life knowledge and assets, the parents formed PT Hanuman Aria Bali to create a brand and a select number of boutique suite and apartment hotels.
This initiative aims to ensure the transfer of knowledge and wealth across generations, upholding the core values of quality, stability, and integrity, thereby providing a secure and trustworthy investment opportunity.
Within the family office board we have long-standing experience in construction and property development in Australia and New Zealand.
Therefore our architecture and construction team has been carefully tested and selected for excellence in design and construction quality. This guarantees a beautiful building throughout its lifecycle which is of great importance to us as we will retain a number of the apartments within the family office for the generations to come.
This ethos also guides our selection of the management team, in whom we have great trust due to their experience and professionalism.
